Understanding what a business' brand is will help you understand how your customers see your business. The January 2021 newsletter will give insights into business branding. An important component of the business brand is communication through the touchpoints between the business and the customer, or the Customer Journey. The February 2021 newsletter explains this. The March 2021 newsletter provides more details of analyzing social medial touchpoint.
