Bryant's helps manufacturer
keep a contract.
A manufacturer was in danger of
losing a multimillion dollar contract with the
federal government because it could not meet the
qualilty levels specified in the contract. The
manufacturer had the option of adopting an expensive
solution but wanted something simpler. Bryant's
designed an experiment to investigate the problem
and find possible solutions. A solution using
equipment the manufacturer already had was developed
and the government went ahead with the contract
award.
